At Svenz Athletics, we want you to love your gear. While we do not offer returns for refunds, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted for size adjustments only.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our website so we can make it right.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Because these items are made uniquely per order, all Made to Order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once placed.
